Where to find your tracking number

Once your order has been shipped, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number and a direct tracking link.

If you haven't received this email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us so we can resend it.

Order processing times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.

If your tracking number isn't working, hasn't updated in several days, or your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
